March means Comics in OWL

artwork copyright Owl Magazine/Michael ChoI know Free Comic Day isn't until May, but around here March is always a comicpalooza of fun stuff. That's because OWL Magazine's 2nd annual All Comics Issue is on the stands and it features a special Max Finder Mystery.

This month's mystery stars the lucky winner of the "I Want to Be in Max" contest. Readers from across North America entered the contest for a chance to appear in an episode of Max Finder Mystery. This year's winner wanted a little manga in her mystery, so Mike and I created The Case of the Missing Manga. It's in March's OWL, available in bookstores everywhere. You can also see the trouble last year's contest winner got Max and Alison into, over at the OWL website.

The March issue also features some great work by fellow comic creators and friends Brian McLachlan and J Bone, including a hilarious board game tracing the history of superhero comics.

So, run, don't walk to your bookstore and demand your comics!
